The Outer Hebrides - what a place!!! Its where I grew up, and keep on going back to.
Its a place of extremes that has so much to offer. Where else can you can climb any hill, fish any loch, and walk along any beach, and have the place to yourself.
The weather. The sun doesn't shine every day, but who cares, there's always something to do.
Harris - The North has the best mountain range in the country. You can climb all thirteen mountains in a day. Not forgetting the unmissable Sron Scourst and Sron Ulladale.
West Harris and West Lewis have the best beaches in the country, though they are as cold as they are unrivalled.
